Lol, Caz looks like she is having sooo much fun! Thank you so much for sharing that video we, enjoyed watching it.

I think Daisy was jealous of how much fun that dog was having she has just gone off in a huff so we'd better get down again for another exercise session.

I love swimming with Judith and Eamor they help keep my hips and knees mobile. Swimming is so much fun I don't feel like I have worked hard. My mum says she has never seen me as happy as when I am swimming.Thank-you so much girls! xxx
